where is zed cafe at? i'm always down for new places to go. we were looking at houses over in your area, but it seemed like the homes we could afford were around brookland park. i didnt feel like that was the best area for my investment.
Zed's in a little strip mall on Hermitage across from Roy's (that burger stand). We're on the fringe of Ginter Park and Ginter Park Terrace and had owner the house for a while as an investment. When the housing crunch came and we could unload it we just decided to move into it and rent out our smallerl house on the southside. A bit of a juggling act I guess. My wife and I love it over here though. |
