Hey Smitch, guess who I saw in Boardman, Oregon a few days ago? This guy pulls up behind me to fill up his van and I think....he looks vaguely familiar. So I walk back and the name "Jason Britton" is plastered all over the side of the van. I chatted with him for a few minutes, turns out he was on his way to Kennewick, WA for a show, which is where I had just left from that morning.

He told me that "Sean Mitchell is his nemisis!"

Smitch

I feel for you Slyter.  I hope you took a bath to wash off all that odor of icky "stuntah" !

Did you tell him he's my nemesis?  I hope you did!

She doth not lie.  Not only did I share a room with her last year, I was the lucky one to share her bed as well.  The first night she never made it in before I was getting up, I believe, and the next night, after christening the doorsill of an Irish bar, she was dumped unceremoniously into bed unconscious long before I  came in.  So whoever has the honor of sharing her bed, don't expect much under-the-sheet action.   ;D [drink] Your paths may never cross.

What happens in Ouray, doesn't stay in Ouray.

Well said WDB!  I think we need to get bonfy on an R1200GS.  Being a neat freak when it comes to my beloved Ducati's, that makes me almost want to cry!

Hey bonfy, Ewan McGregor and Charlie Daniels just called.  They want you to stop making them look bad.  I say keep it up!

Believe me, I thought of Ewan and Charlie more than once while on those roads.  I watched "Long Way Round"  a couple months ago and the image of them floundering and flailing their way across stretches of Russia linger fresh in my mind.  The Monster didn't seem to mind the covering of muck.  It bothered me more than it bothered him.  I have noticed that is a shared trait among Ducatista.
I am considering a dual-sport bike, but am leaning toward a V-strom.  I've watched Count Desmo and Dustykitska both in action on their V-stroms and that seems like it would work for me plus it is more in my price range.   I don't have a sponsor like the guys did...but if the shop would be interested in putting me on a BMW and letting me do more boneheaded stunts for the publicity...kind of a motorcycle version of "Jackass"...that would be awesome!   [thumbsup]
