Duck or Duke?

I always say the entire name when mention Ducati. Pardon my ignorance and I apologize if there were already threads on this but how do you pronounce Duc? Is it Duck or Duke?

I think you should say it any way you like. I call mine 'headlight doesn't work' and my friend's 'hard to start'. But mine is cause I'm lazy, and his is cause it's awesome.

Well heck,  that's a phunny question.  Why isn't PHONETIC spelled the way it sounds?  Would be spelt fonetik?

It's Duck. KTM screwed things up when they introduced the Duke (I had one, btw...no comparison to my Duck).

You are SO RIGHT! I'm trading it all in for a Jap sportbike and Icon riding gear! That way I can do MADDDD STOPPEEEEZ and finally be appreciated for it!

(For the record, the Ducati people I've met have almost all been shockingly civil and bullsh*t-free compared to every other bike crowd I've hung out with.)
