I have a weight problem.

Something about unnecessary weight, and where it's located, coupled with the fact that it's to cold to ride, and I have a few $$$ sitting in my paypal account.
Ti caliper bolts (finally arrived), drilling them for safety wire :
Driven Sprocket and lightweight hub. Scored it on ebay for $150 shipped!!! WOnder why a bolt is out and there is an allen handle nearby? Duh, because the bolts are heavy stainless, and I've got some Ti bolts an aluminum washers coming
Lastly are 2 large chunks of metal. Magnesium ingots to be exact. Surplus leftover from Boeing, they will be sent off to be machined into a top and bottom triple clamp for the S4Rt.
Of course, if I can't find a buyer for my forks, they and the calipers (bembo monoblocks) will end up on the monster as well.
These:
I wanted to show a video of the new exhaust that I'm finishing up, but I havn't made it to the camera store yet. I'll post something soon, but WOW it sounds good (loud) and looks pretty killer to.

What flavor of magnesium do you have there?

A buyer for those ugly forks and crappy monoblocks, yeah right.
Just send them to me and I might even pay for shipping.

I share a similar fanatacism. Do you know how much that sprocket carrier saves over stock? I have a forged quick-change sprocket carrier, but I forgot to weigh it. Now its on the bike and I can't seem to get around to taking it off just to weigh it. Could you throw your stocker on a scale?

I will when I do the install sometime next week.
Still waiting on:
some more Ti (rotor bolts, caliper half bolts, caliper mounting bolts, 3 small bolts for the brake line fastener clips....basically everything back there).
lightweight wave rotor
billet axle/sprocket nuts
One day I'll come across a BST wheel to finish it off.
I'm not a metalurgist, but the Mg came with a card. It's around here somewhere, but Mr. Ortner said it will work great for the triples.

While you're back there, you should get a ti shock. It saves 1 lbs+ over stock.

The Ti Spring is 1.95lbs lighter than the steel one, and yup, it'll on the upgrade list with the shock.

Very nice!!! How does it perform in cold weather, or when the bike doesn't feel like starting and needs to turn over a few times? Can it sit on a trickle charger, or does it need to, like a normal battery? Any idea on approx. cost?
I could use that. I bought an Odyssey battery for my Multi rebuild because it is smaller and will fit in the airbox. That would be even easier.

You never got back to me about the battery/if you wanted one. LMK, I'm getting set up as a distributor as I type.
