Enjoyed meeting duc fans and getting advice on TOB for over two years.
Had to follow my NMMR buds though and no regrets waytogo

waytogo Yeah the NMMR is a kick in the seat. If the main mods ever make their way over there they will be aghast at the rampant threadjacking. Talk about a group with ADD. lol. Karl we need to get together soon. Maybe if I ever get around to getting my truck stuff.

What was this thread about again?

Oh yeah, I was on TOB and moved also with the whole NMMR group.  Cool

WOW... Thanks.   Talk about talkin' before your brain kicks in.  waytogo

WTF

"Have you seen my baseball?"

Thanks for the welcome!

In 2006, health issues required a new hobby; so, I sold the bikes (851, 900SS/FE, and MS4).  Well, it looks like the health issues have settled down and its time to re-Duck.  If things go well, I'll pickup an M750 for Mrs TripleDuck next week and I'll figure out what I want soon.

Life on the original list was a little more intimate - each post was in e-mail form and there were no more than 50 posts a day as I recall.  So, you read every post.  There were not as many Ducatista in those days and mutual support (thus respect) was required.  We drove hundreds of miles for a burger and beer with fellow DMLers and met at the SBK races whenever possible.  Ducatis were not main stream and the average age of the riders was somewhere around 40 or so.

You guys want to take this to pm or back to NMMR...

The entire board doesn't need to see you all fondling each other. Roll Eyes
