This thing sounds broken...

« on: May 11, 2008, 08:15:06 PM »

I have my back surgery tomorrow. I should be released from the hospital on Tuesday, and I'm expecting to be a tad groggy.

So, if you have some tech questions that you need me to answer, or suspension adjustments you want done, it's gonna be a few days till I'm on my feet.

I figured I'd give y'all a heads up on this, so no one thinks I'm blowing them off, or anything like that. waytogo

And I'll be at the track with Tigre on Thursday. So there should be  no reason any of you can't scrounge up some coin and come support his AMA efforts this weekend. laughingdp laughingdp

Best wishes for your surgery!

I would be going to AMA this weekend, but I will be traveling back from India.

Best wishes man, take er' easy and relax, you've more than earned it.  I'll be prayin' to the back surgery gods for ya.   Make sure they give you a Rx for a pony of guiness.  2 glasses twice a day should have ya feelin' better in no time.

Best wishes for ya man. All I can offer is, DO WHATEVER THEY SAY EXACTLY! My mother-in-law had a complex back surgery and initially got back to doing whatever she wanted earlier than the doctors had indicated she should and there was fallout from it.  Lips Sealed

So TAKE YOUR TIME getting back to things. They will be there when you are truly ready and you will be properly healed.  waytogo

Well, good news and bad....

Good news: got to fire a lot of Q & A at the surgical team...made a lot of progress.

Bad news: Postponed 30 days due to more problems that arose between initial consult and today. Had another MRI done, and another consult on Monday, then surgery next month.

We'll see....

That sucks to have to drag this out, but it's probably better to be cautious.
