not going to be able to make this ride.  I have to do a bachelor thing for a friend at the coast.  You know this is my favorite ride tho, so I am a little bummed to be missing it.  Sad

Okay, so Mo and I will be missing the ride this time... methinks Cougar will need scheduled multiple times this summer.  chug

Me?  I think I am going to ride . . . cautious.  Yup, cautious (believe it or not).

Why, do you ask, is JohnnyDucati actually going to ride "cautious"?

1.  First big "summery" day of the year.
2.  Lots of people hitting the road.
3.  Lots of cops hitting the road.
4.  Record snow pack melting and washing debris onto the road.
5.  Johnny doesn't know this road - never been up from Stevenson to Cougar.  I always came through Woodland or Amboy.
6.  Work colleagues warning me about frequent accidents on this loop.
7.  DMF'ers warning me about this road.
8.  I don't want to hurt me/someone else/my moto.
9.  I want to do this loop again (and again).
10.  I just feel like doing this one slow.

"And that's all I got to say about that." (forrest Gump).

11 AM MotoCorsa!

Be ready to leave by 11:10AM, gas up before you get there, the first gas stop is the Texaco in Stevenson Wa, ~40 miles.

Yo! Can't make it with you guys today (werk  Lips Sealed ) but thought I would chime in and give you a report on said route as I rode it on Thursday. All clear, almost no gravel or other debris, no cars whatever, nice and cool up there  Grin ...

Yesterday I rode out to Astoria through Mist and all that - no traffic to speak of either, 202 has gotten worse though (as to condition) and they were doing some destruction up by the big clear cuts...

Have fun; I'll tag along next time!  waytogo
