I got a set of tires in the basement.  They were used for at least one race weekend, and probably for a track day as well.  In 2007.  But, they've been in the basement since, no UV exposure or anything, they've got some street miles left on them.  I want them gone, come and get them.

I also have the header off a 1000ds.  You could cut it up and make some super custom bad ass thing a ma bob with it.  Or something.  You give me a twenty dollar bill or a half rack of micros and it's yours.

Then there is the frame.  It's straight.  It's from a 2002 SS1000ds, it's got a clean title.  Pretty much a monster frame with some tabs and shit welded to it.  I wanted like three or four hundred for it, but I'm a lazy mothermake the beast with two backser, and the only people who wanted to pay that much live somewhere else.  So, if someone gave me like on hunnert and fiddy bills, they could have that sheeit.  Or offer something near that.  Maybe trade for booze or something.
An enterprising individual could probably talk me down, sell it for 3x what they paid for it and ship it to some sucka that wants to build up a franken bike.

If you have any questions, ask mother.  He knows.  Unless it's techinique.  Then you'll be better served asking Visolara.  But be forwarned, if you try any of his advice, you'll crash like he does.  So, ask Mo, but do the opposite.  And if you need suggestions as to what type of beer will tickle my fancy, that Russian guy Krolik has good taste, even if his surname is mildly phallic.

I'm this close ][ to going into cleansing/simplify mode, so maybe pay attention here and I'll offer up some more worthless shit.

180/120 - you can stuff 'em on an SV, but everyone runs a 160.

Ryan if the rear does not work on your SV and you don't have another use for it i would take gladly take it, mine is in desperate need of replacement and in these awesome economic times i am flat ass broke.  But if you can use just forget that i said anything as i didn't chime in earlier on this

Hmm...

For a hun'red an' fitty bones, that frame is tempting.  Not that I can actually do anything with it.  I'd probably strip it, have it repowdercoated, and hang it on my living room wall as some strange form of moto geek "art".

No, I do not have a girlfriend.  And at this rate, I'm prolly never gonna find a woman who'll put up with me.  cheeky  But that's okay, there is a certain fun factor to having all one's own money to spend.  Grin

Anyway, back to E's classified ad space...

You should be receiving a call regarding the frame. Hope it sells or trades so you can walk the earth like Caine.

Anyone need a yakima roof rack?

I got 2 sets of bars, towers for guttered cars, tower risers for tall roofs...

2 bike racks - the fork lock kind with a few wheel holders.

ski/snowboard racks - I think there are two sets - each would hold 2 sets skis or 2 snowboards back to back stylie

A couple "all purpose" mounts - you could carry some pipe, or maybe some pipe with these.  I don't know why the make the beast with two backs they call them all purpose.  I suppose if you didn't have an pipe you could carry your spare cross bars, or perhaps an oar on them.

Anyways, How's about $140, an offer, or an interesting trade?  If it's a trade - it should be cool as make the beast with two backs or something I can eat or drink - I'm trying to get RID of stuff here.
