I also think that if this happened...Rossi would be bored and seriously think about pulling up stakes and going to another more stable type of racing or product for 2010, as would a few other riders making WSBK field of riders even more interesting looking!

problem is, many other series are suffering also.  honda is out of F1, toyota is rumored to be next.  in rossi's most likely next profession, WRC, suzuki and subaru are already out.  Ford cup?

besides, then fiat/yamaha would be paying him millions of dollars to sit or do something else.

MotoGP just became a Cup series...

So the competition will be between Honda, Yamaha, Ducati and on a rare occasion Suzuki?  How is that any different than what we have already?

How is that any different than what we have already? 

less bikes on the grid and a less populated track...less excitement....I mean..sometimes it is fun to watch the tail end of the grid fight for 14th place afterall.
