Hi to all...glad to see many of you made it here.

My name is Dan ad I am fortunate to live here in the Green Mountains of Vermont.

I returned back to riding about 18 yrs. ago and have been riding and restoring BMWs.

I have a 2006 S4R Monster largely due to the inspiration of my wife who wanted something more fun  Evil.
I can't keep her off it now.  I love this forum and the generous souls who make it happen and it really helped me get up to speed with owning and modding the Monster.  Its been over a dozen years since I  have even owned a chain driven motorcycle so I had a lot of catching up to do.

If any of you find your way up here in these parts PM me for a ride and I can show you the local secret roads and twisties.  Maybe we could plan a "notch hop" type of ride  that covers 3 mountain passes in an afternoon!!

Thats my story ...and I'm sticking with it.
