Ok, I was checking out the calendar and didn't see any rides posted for JAN or FEB.

Anything going on?
Track days?

I'm off on weekends for the next two months. (doesn't happen often)

What are we gonna do?

I should've mentioned that the weekend days off start the 4th.

I'll keep an eye out for the AMS trackdays. Do they do them at eagles canyon or just MSR?

Derrick at AMS said they are trying to split em up btw the two. More at MSR than ECR. ECR track is still a little green from what I hear.

I've heard ECR is a bit lacking when it comes to amenities, not that that is what it is all about, but it helps. Both are about the same distance for me. Only prob with MSR is I have to go thru/around Ft. Worth, usually on a weekday when trafic is worst. Other than that, no biggie.

Just put my "touring" tires back on the rims, be a shame to mount the stones again with out any mileage. May wait till spring for a trackday.

do they ever do them on a day other than Monday?

They have private trackdays on Thursdays and sometimes they do trackdays on Saturdays and Sundays.  BTW, you can avoid I-35 at leaast a part of it by going around the westside on 820 and a part of I-35 by going to 114 west by TMS and 156 south to 820.  I'd ride the bike down there first to check out the route since I have not taken 114 and 156 that I can remember so I can't vouch for its current condition.

You will need to PM Lisa since she doesn't do this board anymore. Not speaking for her... just saying.
