some say, he eats raw bacon for breakfast...

« on: May 12, 2008, 11:17:19 AM »

there was a hole where the DML used to fit in... and now it has been filled.

I'm James, the bike is an '04 800ie. I take things off of it more than i put things on but i did just receive some SS bolts from DesmoParts, so really that's a bit of taking off and putting on...

season has just started in Toronto, it's my 30th year on two wheels with a motor. 3rd year on a duc, before it was a UJM fiesta starting with an '72(?) yamaha rd400 (blown-up), '75 honda 550 supersport (crashed heavily), 82 suzuki gs1100 (sold when i left vancouver, sniff), 86 honda 750 nighthawk S (rear-ended) and now the 800.

keeping the sticky-side down... cheers!

Welcome James!  That's quite a bike history, hope you have fared a bit better than your wheels. Wink
