Lease agreement/contract

i got some commercial property for lease, and i need some Lease agreement/forms.

i was wondering if any one here has a form on file i could use, don't have to be fancy ,just a standard contract would do.

Most office supply stores have good paper docs for this.  just cross out what yo udon't want included.

Commercial leases vary by state some and the differences can be serious.  You need to be sure it is complete for your state.
