its a tough job to be a meteorologist in new england.
unlike arizona, there is a better than average chance that the weather is going to change (sometimes more than once in the same day) [thumbsup]

But, you know how cold that water is?! You've heard of cunduction? Cold water against metal is going to make the metal cold which will make the air inside the sub cold...
