[SYD] - Who's in town and wants to meet up with Slowpoke?

Cmon people, let's not let our DMF / DML reputation down when it comes to showing our OS guests a good time!

Scott aka Slowpoke(san) is visiting our friendly city and is about to be shit bored with the standard tourist stuff, so it's up to us to help him out.

I'm thinking of a get together perhaps tomorrow night or maybe a Sunday lunch thing? A ride may be harder to organise in the short time frame (and I don't know if he's come prepared with gear) but hey it's worth a try.

Who's up for it? Post up and lets get organised!

I left a MSG with Sydmonster. He came by here and left me a MSG. But I was down at fortune of war hitting on a bartender.

I've PM'd him with some rental options, but it's pretty pricey to do that, and it's pretty short notice.

Smart's buerried under all the desmo parts,heaps of boxes, a big roll of bubble wrap and a 620 monster almost impossible to get out. plus i didnt pay for the rego this year exp: October 08 cant see my self riding it any more.

I've just tried to get in contact with Scott without any luck. So unless we get something sorted regarding a hire bike in the next few hours (pretty unlikely), it'll be a lunch food and drinks get together...

not the cheapest, but not Doyles either...

I'd suggest taking the ferry from Circular Quay. There's one that leaves circular quay at 12.10 that gets there around 12.30.

Alternatively, you can ride on down through the eastern suburbs for a little subdued suburban twisty action.  (but watch out for the  )
