I'm sure you're covered, but if you are need of anything, crib, books, clothes - lemme know, my daughter is 3, and we're in the process of simplifying (ie getting rid of the accumulated stuff over last 3 years...)
My only advice - get her on a schedule asap, 3 hour cycle to start, eat, play/interact, sleep (with changes in between of course!)
