Sounds like a boring race to read about. Sadly, typical MotoGP this year. One good last lap battle for third but that's about it. coffee I'll still watch it this evening on the dvr but I'm sure I'll be fast forwarding through more than just the ads.

Hey Debbie Downer, it's actually a good race to watch. Good passing and battles for position.

I'm just talking about the front of the race. Sounds pretty typical just some minor shuffling of the players. And that's Mr. Debbie Downer to you! laughingdp After all the DMG/AMA bashing last year (me included) the Daytona Sportbike class was actually one of the better series to watch this year. Just wish MotoGP had that kind of head banging at the front for the podium positions.

As hard as AMA and Speed channel have tried to destroy the series, the teams have put on some damn good racing this year.

Ron,

You were right. That was a damn good MotoGP race. Sure, Stoner left this planet and it was all about second place and beyond but the rest of the race was 100 times better than the Cycle News read. They down played the racing big time.

My dog could see this one coming. Good for Checa! waytogo I'll miss him in WSBK. Rumors have been swirling that Kallio may retire from racing completely. So much for the Finnish presence on the grid.

You nailed it - Casey is 5'6", Vale is 5'9" or 5'10". To calm the front end, the bike just needed a taller rider hanging off of it.

For those that watched the f1 race, if Rossi was driving that Ferrari, I bet he could have made the pass on the renault and gone for the win  Angry. Dissapointed with the boys in red making the lame copycat pit call.

Yep.  Ferrari have not been the same race strategy-wise once Ross Brawn left the team  bang head  Oh well, it was an awesome season if you've got four guys in for the title at the last race of the year.
