Pay-per-view F1 next year?

This article from the BBC says they're cutting costs and can only televise "free-to-air" half of the 2012 season.  The rest will be PPV on Sky (Fox).  (The BBC is who provides "the world feed" (in the immortal words of Greg Cramer) that Speed uses to do their voice-over F1 broadcasts.)

Not sure what the broadcast arrangement is for the U.S.  Guess I'll pony up the bucks for my F1 fix but I damn well hope PPV means no commercials.

Now, I could probably do a road trip to Austin in the middle of November. Probably will have cooled down to the low 90s by then.... cheeky

thats funny but you will have to sell off one. so i would start running them through a battery of tests to see which would help your retirement fund. then sell the other. waytogo

Great race watch weekend! The only triple banger of the 2011 racing season. Get those DVRs warmed up and set to record!

AMA SBK finals at New Jersey Motorsport Park, WSBK at Nurburgring and MotoGP at Misano in Italy. popcorn waytogo Dolph
