OK, details sent to people's email accounts.

I think we're all a little excited.
I rode the bike to work today, it's only 5kms, but hey it was worth it!!

big bang R1's are a little off the pace, as are the beemers.

granted, it's early days, but it looks like this year may very well be a corker!

Sounds like too much fun. Now THAT's a ride. Can anyone do a google map on the ride? Would love to see some detail of the roads and of course some photos!
Thanks,

Okay bike is fuelled, lubed, checked in shed ready to go.  My riding gear is ..... spread all over the lounge   laughingdp maps printed, numbers in phone, packed - almost. And I even remembered to pack my ticket.   applause

Now just have to go to work for the night  Sad and sleep in the morning (if I can) and then I'm off  [moto] Grin [moto]

See some of ya in Jindy on Tuesday and the rest of ya at THE ISLAND.  chug

Of course! There's been some big fires here, which caused us to change our plans slightly, and we're going to miss a couple of awesome roads because of it, but still It's going to be an awesome trip. Just under 3000kms of some of the best roads in the country...
Here's the planning maps, which are pretty much accurate. Whether or not we follow these to the letter, we'll tell you when we're finished!

Sydney to Phillip Island

Phillip Island to Sydney

You lucky sons of beaches, you get to go a day earlier than me, I rang me mate who is organising our ride and he is still at work until 7:00 pm, bugger, all I know is that we are staying at Bombala Wednesday night.

Got the panniers fitted, showed the wife, and she wants to know where the rest of the luggage system is ?
Err.... thats it darl.... if it dont fit it dont go, anyway, I'm busting to get going. Hope I see you on the road if not then at the Island it will be.
