Yep, haven't even got the ticket yet, I've had premonitions.

And there would be unlimited access to my special workshop. I would employ a full time Barista and a Tea Lady for the others and wet bar for the men.

It's a little fiddly to find going north, you might want to quiz any locals you've got along...
