Since everybody got all fired up on the OCC thread, I thought I'd start another chopper related thread.  Sorry if this has been posted before but here it is.

Meet the Honda Fury.

It's not altogether bad, the 1300 engine is a single-crankpin design, so the exhaust sound is the popular potato-potato.

The problem - Honda is about 5-6 years too late.  They're very late to the party.

Why do the marketing people that run projects like this still have their jobs?

I predict it will sell just as well as did the Rune.

Late to the game, but it still puts Harley and OCC to shame.

It's a bit chrometastic (but hey, that's what attracts the cruiser crowd right?) but I'd still take one over a any harley.  Not that I have anything against Harley as a company, just think there are better bikes out there for the price.  It may be a toss up between the Fury and a Victory Hammer, however.

Are ape hangers optional?

Does being a Japanese chopper change the expectation for the requisite skank that rides on the back?

If you ride it to Sturgis will all the other lawyers on Harleys point and laugh?
