Ok, most of you folks are down in the Crescent City and I do not know about bike nights there, but just to give some info about the goings on north of ya. The guys up here in Baton Rouge have managed to get one going at the Hooters in Denham Springs. It started out mostly as sportbikes, guys from the RocketMadness board and has morphed into a pretty good turnout. The Hammond Harley dealer shows up with scooters and scantily clad ladies that were none too happy with the cold snap last week  Evil as well as Calmes, it is a local shop here in Red Stick. Best turnout was a couple of weeks back had about 150 bikes, last week most folks chickened out with the cold, only had about 50, and had I known how cold it would be on the way home I might not have gone, but I did meet one other Ducati rider, he had just purchased a SportClassic 1000S so I was glad I went.

The Hooters crew does a good job making it inviting, setting up up some special stuff and closing off the parking lot for the bikes. If you want any more info you can check out http://www.rocketmadness.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33692, I am kutter on there as well.

All my best ideas get me into trouble.

I am reminded of the immortal words of Socrates when he said, 'I drank what?!'

Some people are like Slinkies ... Not really good for anything..... But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.
