While We're thro'n down the intro's, I'm KRJ from Canon City, Colo. I have rode with Bonfy and Scottish last summer, Get's very quiet on the SoCoDOGS site so I spout off elsewhere sometimes. Hope to meet some of you this season and have some fun

Yeah, what's up with that?  We'll just keep posting and hope to hook a few more here and there.

Doing great!  I almost took the Paladin out today, it was nice enough, but I had to catch up my exercise.  One of my ferrets needed intensive care for the last week so I have been house-ridden.  I am happy to say she appears to be on the road to recovery which means I can venture out again.  I have 250 miles left before I hit 15K and will need to have him serviced.   Have to do it before the mystery ride in March!  Scottish is going to handle it for me.  Yupper!!!   Let's get at least a short one in before then.   [moto]

Hi everyone.  I know some of you but not all of you.  I hope to get to Duc Night one of these nights (before Mav gets too upset with me LOL).  I will try to get out with you all as much as I can, but work, horses, and Mav keep me pretty busy.  You all think owning a Ducati needs a lot of maintenance, try living with TheMav (LOL, love you honey)  Grin  But, just like owning a Ducati, he is totally worth it.  I hope I can still hang with you guys, since I no longer directly own a Ducati (sold the Monster 695 for a Triumph D675.  I now own a Ducati only by proxy).

I hope to see you all soon.

Having read through a lot of posts in NMRA, I now post with trepidation.

I'm nic, an oldster, and still live mainly in NY. We own a home in ABQ and we're there 5 or 6 times a year for a few weeks at a time. I have two M900 Monsters:An '01 here in NY and a '97 which I shipped to ABQ earlier in the year. I've posted some of this info in the main Introductions thread.

I've been a member of the board since it started and had some time on TOB (at least a year). I read much more than I post. I've bought and sold parts through the board. I find it a great resource for lots of things Ducati and general motorcycling.

Anyway, I'll be back in ABQ from the 26th through Oct 12th. I think I can summon the courage to meet some of you wild people while I'm in town and do some riding. I will keep my eye out for the Tues/Thurs meet-ups.

Howdy, Nic.

We'd be glad to have you along for a ride any time you'd like.  As to youngsters, I'm not sure what you mean.  I'm 42....I think.  Kingbaby is in his 40s, too, and lots of our other locals are much older than we are.  Of course, there are the younger members like Ducmouse and THP, so I can see how it could make a body feel old.

I'll PM you with a cell and home number.  Holler when you get in town and we'll hook up for a ride.

Thanks, Cloner. I'll check my PMs.

Old? Well, I turned 64 a few months back. The mind still seems young and I am more than capable of foolishness; it's the body that doesn't seem to want to let go of the aches and pains as quickly. I deal with lots of much-younger people in business, and it's kept me from fossilizing.

Peter Bonner is older than you by a few years....unfortunately he doesn't live here full time anymore, either.  He mentioned being in town later this month, so maybe your visits will overlap and we can do an old-timers' ride.  Having Peter along might make you feel younger...though he's still faster 'n snot.

Holler when you get into town and get settled in enough for a visit.

Cheers
