And though I'm surprised the Beverly Hills entry did not smoke the competition, the "winning" bike from Del Amo is about as exciting as watching snow melt.  BORING!

well here in the north country watching snow melt is lots of fun the sooner that shits gone the faster i can get out and  [moto]. but either way that bike wasnt very cool, there wasnt even  on it

ducati marketing comes up with a lame advertising gimmick.

a dealer only "dress up a monster" contest.

the dealers are given a limited time-frame in which to work.  and it shows

those that joined... took the path of least resistance, no cutting, no chopping, no tweaking, no special custom parts.

change the color, change the exhaust     lame.


lame marketing plan, lame follow through, lame results.

the worst thing they did was name it a monster challenge competition because I think it  conjures up memories of what DNA dropped.

it was never meant for us. it was meant for those who don't know, and even if it were meant for us...  it's nothing more than a failed publicity stunt.

if del amo won because they  stacked the deck........ every other dealer out there had the same opportunity to do the very same thing (at worst), and at best, had the same opportunity to put together a bike that wowed the shit out of everybody.
