So uhhh... anybody know a good lawyer to fight a ticket in Bandera county
Don't care about paying for the ticket and don't care about legal costs, just don't want it on my record.
Defensive driving not an option

Sorry to hear about the ticket. I don't know any attorneys down there.
How fast were you "allegedly" going?

He uhh claimed I was going 115, but of course that's BS. Must have been cosmic rays or something interfering with his radar.

yeah...115 sounds a little slow...cosmic rays always give a bad reading...I'm sure you can get it up to at least 130

We were on 337 (your favorite
) went through the first set of turns and hot the first long straight and James opened up, I knew it was a mistake but I went anyway. He was parked under a little thicket of trees on the side of the road and his grey truck blended right in.
Oh well - live and learn.

Did he get you and James for the same speed? Did you tell Officer Don that Jon sends his regards?

I thought I better not mention your name - LOL.
Actually he got James for 130
The stupid part was when I was leading we kept things pretty reasonable, like the last time we rode. It was only when we hit that straight and he took the lead that the speeds went way up.

Damn 130? Did he just get a ticket? Its a good thing you didn't mention my name, he would have probably taken you straight to jail. That guy needs to retire. He loves that road. On a second note, they do offer a payment plan.

Wow, glad you posted pics of the grey truck. Constables drive me nutz that go out and enforce traffic. Primary function is civil in nature, but can and do enforce traffic laws when they're bored or (fill in any other comments here)...keep in mind this is coming from a LE person :/
