Very nice and you can't beat the price.  What plan do you have for mods? 
2008 S2R 1k.  Black.  Pazzo Levers, 14 t front sprocket, CRG Hindsight LS mirrors, Cycle Cat Frame Sliders,  Oberon open clutch cover and gold/black EVR pressure plate, full Arrow exhaust with reflashed and mapped ECU, tail chop with gold Rizoma Avio 21 turn signals, Ohlins rear shock and Rizoma fluid reservoirs.

Well I want to make a track bike, but I have to wait until the wife finds a job.  at least I have the bike! 
But I am thinking:

clip ons
frame sliders
steering damper
jet the carbs
open the air filter
exhaust (high mount)
It has old school casket hand controls, want to update with newer ones.
kick stand, pops up when the bike is stood up.
rearsets
new chain and sprokets
emissions and side pods removal
hows that for a start?

but just to get it going I will start with tires and a tune up.

damn...I coulda saved ya some loot if it is to be a track bike...and half that stuff is done already!

Sounds like a good start on the mods.  Are you going to open up the clutch?  You'll have to post some pics when it's done.  Again, nice looking bike.  [thumbsup]

You got such a great deal on your bike, you might be able to sell it, buy Zoom's bike and pocket a few hundred dollars in a bit of motorcycle arbitrage ;)

Agreed - all them upgrades add up pretty quickly (you probably already know this) - another option is to skip all that stuff, get Donnie at DucPong to set the current suspension up for you, put race tires on it and hit the track. This is of course coming from someone who just put a 700cc kit on an SV...
