Geez, looks good but I'd be worried about the swingarm hitting a rock or a hole and cracking the engine casing.

True. I think that point has been raised to him and he's looking to shore up whatever support is there to make it much stronger...not sure how exactly, but the guy does seem to know what he's doing in the tool shed.
