I knew it was my bike...

So beware: even if it looks good the frame IS damaged!

Frame is damaged and they're not disclosing that information and calling it a salvage because of 'scratches'? Sounds like a shady POS.

Seriously, you should email the poster and warn them that if they don't disclose the truthful information about the bike that CL will be notified. And also flag them.

Edit:
Ah, I see it's already taken down. I still like my first idea rather than having to flag it repeatedly.
