I have been reading about after market mufflers for the SR1000. Nobody is using Ferracci mufflers. Does anyone know why?

I seem to remember seeing a lot of bikes on TOB with those Ferracci's on them.

FBF doesn't manufacture exhausts - at least they didn't in the past. They have used various suppliers and just put FBF stickers on them. For example, my former 620 had FBF badged highmounts - but they were just SILs with the sil sticker removed and replaced. The end cap for each can still had the sil logo stamped in it. FBF has used sil in the past. Leo V (I think) and might well be doing it with Arrow now

I don't know if this has vexed any of you, but those Arrows, what with them being round and all, make taking the rear wheel off impossible without first removing the cans. And my cans don't seem to want to part with that gorgeous midpipe. I think they are the prettiest pipes out there, but I also wish I had side by sides, or a QD or Taylormade (if they made them for us) underbike rig. It's really a pain in the ass having to remove part of the exhaust. And I was so excited to get a bike with a knockoff rear wheel. Now with the Sportmax GP 190 on there, I imagine it'll ony be harder

wouldn't that just require the removal of on bolt and a little wiggling?
