ok, finally pulled the visa trigger.

Ordered are...

Pazzo shorty levers -black with red adjusters

Roads Italia Exhausts. Specials, full CF with CF ends.

here's an SV650 with them.


BMC Air Filter.


Two Brothers Juice Box


Shin Yo Ferrara mirrors

not sure if they have bar end adapters or not, so may need to get those later when the mirrors arrive

already removed charcoal canister

already have:
DP Touring seat
white rim tape
R&G Tidy Tail
euro shroud for charcoal canister removal

painted:
Headlight frame black
exhaust hangers black
front exhaust shield black

it's a process. but here's the short
unhook the gauge cluster and take it off (pretty certain you need to do this, but i didnt try it without doing it)
there are two nuts at the lower triple holding the light. take those off
slide the light up off the upper triple rubber mounts. don't go to far.
unhook the connectors for the headlight and turnsignals
take off the light.
take all the part off the frame
paint or powdercoat
put it back together.

Nice!  waytogo  I will be interested to hear about the Juice Box.  Does the BMC filter allow more air flow?

same type of filter as the K&N that comes with the termi kits

Any concern about the fueling mixture with more O2?

Shin Yo mirrors arrived. VERY nice quality. but did not have the bar end adaptors so off to the store for another part before they go on. maybe i'll find the mirror hole plugs at the same time.
