They're the Michelin dual compound.

New rubber  Grin

I was going to get Pirelli's, but there was a 2 week wait to get them in.
With the old Dunlop rear down to the wire, and all this beautiful weather, I needed tyres NOW!!!

They had a couple of 2CT's on the shelf, so I said "chuck em on".

I am very happy with them Cheesy

so you fill the difference from them old truck tyres cheeky

Ooooh yeah Bazz, the difference is unbelievable Shocked

Turning into a corner on the old tyres, she used to kick and buck and protest and just not want to turn at all. I really had to wrestle her into the corners.

Now she is much happier  Cheesy
I can hear her mid corner "Come on Mr. Meanie, faster faster, lean more"

The old rear was a 180/55, the new one is a 170/60. Now that I have the correct profile, it has totally transformed the bike's handling. Soooo much more stable in the corners. I can't wait to get her on the track Evil
I've almost reached the little Michelin Man on the edge of the tyre. After my track day, in a couple of weeks, he'll be goooooone.... Grin

Dave, check out the following:
http://corsair-industries.com/parts/Ducati%20Billet%20Parts/
http://www.desmotimes.com/product_axle_plates.htm
http://shop.fastbikesusa.com/Axle-Plates_c6.htm

I recon the Corsair-Industries ones are the best and you can have them in GOLD (careful Jukie doesn't see them!)
NB they are sold in a pair.
After that you'll need some billet or titanium axle nuts to finish it off.  waytogo

Good luck with the date Dave. Anyone I know?  waytogo

BTW, you have been tormenting me this week. Monday and today I have looked out my office window to see you ride past. On Monday you went around the block and went past again. I think your doing it on purpose as I'm at work and your out riding.  bang head

Well, let's just say that she doesn't ride a Jap bike  Wink

Tormenting you? That's bloody awesome  Grin

If I actually knew where your office was, I would ride past every hour, on the hour, and blip the throttle according to the time.
That way, the whole office would know what the time was!

You've nothing to worry about. I not sure it was actually a date anyway. I think she was more interested in the bike than me bang head
And if Jukie ever heard about it, she'd put me in the DOM category  Undecided
