the obvious reason they did the work is because of their reputation.  Just sucks I have to go back for a simple thing.  Jordan said he'd take care of it tomorrow morning so if anyone's free come see me and have some coffee because the coffers are empty so no looky here looky there just service.

yeah, that does sound a bit frustrating...  but hopefully it's all sorted out by the time you get it back again.

I can understand the frustrations of it not being done the first time, but at least it's being taken care of waytogo
