so it's amazing how much you can do with some time off. worked on my truck a little. help my son with stereo installation and put my mirrors on all before lunch.

only thing left to do is go to work and find a body plug to fit in the hole vacated by the old mirrors. that can wait for fear of going to work and getting bombarded with questions and stuff needed to do there.

i mounted in a different spot because......well because i like them there and it works for me!!!

Man, awesome looking!  Love the Rizoma stuff  waytogo

When I had bar end mirrors on my bike I found some black plastic plugs in the hardware drawers at Lowes.  Think they were something like 29 cents a piece... or maybe that was for both  Undecided   Anyway, Home Depot has pretty much the same kind of things so you may want to swing by there sometime  chug

They look very nice Chris.  applause

I just may go a similar route on mine if I wind up keeping the Monster. The bar ends cause the bike to take up too much space in the garage.  Tongue

that only works on some models... on his the mount is part of the reservoir setup, so he'll need some kind of plug.  mine are somewhat similar...i can't flip mine upside down, either.

yes i know but the problem would still be there. there would still be an open hole and i would know it's there which would drive me flipping crazy.

i can see both lanes excellent  waytogo   just cant see DIRECTLY behind me unless i move my head to look at a certain angle. i dont mind that it's a sacrifice made for what i believe is a better looking mirror. took a few days tweaking with them to get them where i wanted. but now that i got them there i tightened them up real good. working just as good as the stock ones did. really lowers the profile of the bike. they sit about as high as my instruments. you can mount them where the stock ones were also i believe i just liked them there.

and yes jason after finally seeing how they looked on your bike i just had to go with those over bar ends so many thanks sir.
