So Paul is Mings still on or should I attend the party at the theater instead?

Jon and everyone else out there in MotoLand..sorry if there's been confusion.....

Ming's tonight....Wednesday 2/25

Still on..............

Not sure at this point if Cathy will attend due to the obvious .....

Thursday night (see SpeedTrpl's post above) is a separate event and everyone is invited........

SpeedTrpl wrote:

Cathy is throwing a PARTY for Rich this Thursday from 5pm-9pm at One World Theater.

EVERYONE is invited and she really wants it to be a CELEBRATION so there's going to be plenty of food and drink.

Cathy might not be able to make it to Mings tomorrow so she asked I let everyone know today.
If anything changes I'll re-post ASAP

This is very hard to hear. We all take chances when we get on our bikes. Be careful out there.

I heard about this through a friend. I met Rich a couple of times at Mings and on one ride out East toward Caldwell.  Somehow I was volunteered to lead that ride, thanks Paul. It was a lot of fun.

The few times I met Rich, he was very nice and seemed considerate of others.  I knew he was a person that would do anything for anyone.

RIP Rich.

Houston....HOUSTON !!!!!  This Beer's for you!!!!   drink chug

Class Act my friends, thank you very much for the flower arrangement you guys sent over....beautiful, tasteful, and they accompanied the "Missing Man Chair" we ceremonially left open for our fallen friend.......(we punked him by turning him away from the passing scenery!!!)

BIG turnout....laughter broke the back of the blues....sometimes, you've just "got to, mister".......hell, Rich wouldn't have wanted it any other way....

Clearly, Fai and his restaraunt are far more valuable than just a place to go....it bonds all of us here in Austin with a common weave......sort of ointment attracting the flies, if you will......hell, Jon rode up all the way from S/A....STUD!!!

Moira, you made a potentially bad sad evening into a fun time for me ..thank you for being there......

It was great to really feel the "positive" vibe....smiling solemnly, but outright bursts of laughter and crappy cap-on joking finally took over......just like it always does on Wed nights.......the beat truly does go on........

It was well worth the ride to see yall and to pay some tribute.  Everybody was smiling and the attitude was upbeat.

Sorry for not being able to make it out there. Glad the flower arrangement made it out there. A few of the Houston folks and I felt this was the least we could do.

Any talk of a commemorative ride to 337 for Rich any time soon?   waytogo  I'd definitely pencil that in to my busy schedule.    [moto]
