Afternoon all. I had a come to Jesus meeting with my manager.  We will meet again on Monday to go over my top issues. If I stay, they will have to hire a second person for my team. I am swamped and so overwhelmed at the amount of work and lack of accountability in the departments that I don't know where to start. 

Right now is  [drink] [drink] time! I hit up the beer store and stocked up with 4 different offerings.

Sleep is overrated ... Got 4hrs in last night, in a row ... That is more hours in a row this week, yes, I have a sleep issue, no chemical imbalance, so says the expert ... Enough physical activity to grant no less than 7hrs/night, but, I get what I get
