But it's a second job thats for sure (uness you're buying the firewood.... and then it would be more cost effective to burn the money instead).

yup...

firewood has become a commodity here because of the value of hardwood pulp

When I moved here I could buy a log load of wood for $350.

Then cut and split it and heat the house pretty reasonably.

That same load is $1100 now.

Hardly worth it.

Hey gang.

Not sure what I missed the last few days.

I'm feeling much better, thankfully.

Unfortunately, the docs weren't able to figure out what was wrong.  And apparently, the vampires in the lab didn't pull enough blood, so I need to go back at some point, not sure when I'll be able too.  I'm thinking if it's upwards of two weeks between blood draws, won't the results be different?

Anyhow, enjoy the weekend!

My week to cook. Making a white bean spread for pitas, a black bean and tomato dish and a mixed veggie dish. All are in the middle east section of the cookbook I was looking at. It is a vegetarian cookbook. Now I need a meat to go with.
