Nasty?

Sounds alright to me.
When it gets that hot here the humidity generally matches the temperature.

We earthlings find that uncomfortable. Grin

We get that way.  Last week, when I was spreading mulch, it was around 85ºF and close to 100% humidity.

100% humidity??   You'd need gils.

The heat I have no problem with.... but humidity saps the very life out of me (although for some reason has the exact opposite effect on my beer lifting arm.  Weird  Wink).

everywhere is brutal at close to 100

and when it's 75 at 7:30 am you know it won't be pleasant at 3:00 pm
I sometimes get preoccupied with what the wetbulb temp gets up to when it gets that hot and humid and then watch how high the condenser water temp gets at some sites to see if their chillers start shutting down. Not my problem if they do but it can be like watching a train wreck unfold. Older chillers start surging like a mothermake the beast with two backser before they'll shut themselves down, from the sound of it you know damage is occurring.

Like I said it gets uncomfortable.

Chances are we'll knock off early and I'll go in the shop out of the sun.

At least I'm in the country where the air is still somewhat fit to breathe.

that's why the subway sucks, the homeless people start smelling like roadkill and you begin the see the smell in the air

..and probably expensive when it does
has to happen a lot, like detonation in an engine

Thought about it, tag is dead, gotta order & install tires before I can get my inspection so I can get my tag...  Could ride C's Hawk I suppose, it's not been out in a couple months.

I didn't keep mine up until NC tied plate renewal to having a current inspection.

back to the TP conversation. I have a rolling rubbermaid drawer thing in my bathroom. the bottom drawer always has at least 6 rolls in it. that will last me by myself for about 2 months.
my roomie will go through a 24 pack in the same amt of time. i stopped buying good TP for the shared stock after i was finding a new empty tube each day and she bought 1 ply.  laughingdp

i had the monster instected 1 time. that was when i bought it in early 2003. i was pulled over a few times after that.
