Nope, just back from town
Need any staging brought over?
How many sections you have?

You mentioned it was 'a little tweaked'.

How bad?

No sleeping in here. We spent the night out at the in-laws. Lucy had her first sleepover! Goose, the cat, started howling at around 0400. Home by 0630. I need a nap already.

Damn.  I feel that LMT. Couldn't get to sleep until around 3-3:30 and it took whiskey on the rocks to do that...

Where's my coffee...

Already 3 cups in.  coffee

10k coming up next weekend, so today was 8 miles at a nice slow pace.

As much as I prefer running early in the morning to beat the heat, 6 am is not a time I want to see on a Sunday.  Tongue

Nap time soon.  Cheesy

Was up early for an open water swim and bike here.

The dog are programed to get up no later than 5:30,  sleeping in for me is now defined by sleeping any later than that.  Tongue

Good luck next weekend, BH.

Thanks, Diva.  waytogo

First event since a 5k while on deployment a couple of years ago. Just got back into running like the first of June. I'm fine for the distance, it's just a question of what my pace will be. Anything less than a 9:15 avg and I'll be pretty stoked.

Course... I may have put my foot in it, so to speak. My brother essentially dared me to run the KC marathon with him in October. We'll see how I'm feeling by then.    Smiley Undecided Lips Sealed vomit Cheesy

I was given an itunes gift card! I love getting songs and albums. I still have about $50. What would you get? I got Recovery, the latest by Eminem.

What a miserable weekend to be home.

Another hour and I am on the plane, back to Kansass.

Hi & bye.

Where was everyone? Sleeping it off? On vacation?

I should have been in the I can't sleep thread last night. I have getting up tired.

lmt, this is working . . .

working on the 350Z on Saturday was no fun . . . due to a 'missing' tool, I had to work very unconfortable, got cuts on all my fingers and back still hurts a bit from the position I was working in . . .at least owner didn't complain about labor cost !!!

back to work

I should have been in the I can't sleep thread last night. I have getting up tired.

It was quite lonely in there so I was left trying to find newsy websites that weren't plastered with death and destruction.  Thankfully I found the show "cbs sunday morning".   Usually can't watch on Sunday mornings so I caught up on most of their stories/videos - very peaceful.   waytogo

I do, however, need a coffee IV today.   Tongue
