Couldn't you just go to an apple store to get one and not wait to have it shipped from China?

Apple store is pretty far away.

The closest one is way down in Sac. The next closest is up in Portland.

[Edit] looks like the one in Reno is closest. About 245 miles away. Although I have been meaning to get to Reno, now is not a good time.

Seems they forgot about your corner of it.

This town is not affluent enough or hip enough for an apple store and probably never will be.

He's moving out of the rental that we own. We are going to move into that ourselves since we currently live in the store at the front of the lot.
