well today's fun is a PET-CT scan out at Sloan

take all the mystery/confusion out of the before-and-after CAT scan comparison reports from Monday

love getting injected with radioactive stuff and glucose...doesn't radioactive material cause cancer?...oh wait I already have that...never mind

little extra chemo will clear that right up

hoping I don't light up like a damn Christmas tree

and the 90% marker drop is reflected in dead and dimming tumors

"Dead and dimming tumors".     Keep thinking about that while all that other crap is being pumped into you.

Najee sized hugs to you Rat.

How do you know it's a robin if it's albino?  Couldn't it be a dove? Or a dwarf swan?     Wink

From the "People Are So Interesting to Me" files:

Relatively new admin at the office.  Retired air force, straight-to-the-point, get things done personality.  Send her an email two weeks ago to print and mail out a PDF file to a guy who needs this info.

That guy came in yesterday, stopped me and said, "I never did get that thing in the mail."  I reply "that's odd, I asked her to mail it."  Turn around and she's right there (johnny on the spot type that she is).  Ask her about my email request to print/mail.  Her response:  "I didn't know how so I didn't do it."

RAT, I wished I had your sense of humor when it comes to issues like yours, when it comes to my health I usually get angry . . .

fear of death has never played large in my family culture...if it doesn't find us we wind up tracking it down one way or another

usually if it finds us first we are asking it why it took some long

now this is not to say I don't care its just that I have had one hell of a good run

and could call it a wrap in good conscience....seriously what's ahead at age 61? senile dementia, diapers, a failing mind and carcass...no thanks

most of my battle here is for the benefit of my loved ones

for some odd reason they want  me around longer  cheeky

It chases all the other robins around (telling me it wants some of that little bird tail), it is the exact same size and shape as them and it looks exactly like this picture I found on the internet...

I just saw him again so I ran outside and of course he went into a bush. I then got close enough to get a decent picture and he flew onto a neighbor's roof. I then did get a IZ_ picture just as he took off again. If I can't get a better picture I'll put that one up

I don't fear death either . . . people want me around so, I stick around and my guardian angel has had to work overtime many many times . . .

I sure don't want to get to the stage my grandmother is, were she has no idea what day it is or things like that, she still thinks I left last Saturday back to Panama, I left almost 3 weeks ago this coming Saturday !!!

Remember...

we start off naked, with no teeth, can't walk, and in diapers.

We finish up that way too. Wink

Afternoon all.

I'm calling the work day early.
