Relatable, but somewhat unavoidable for me.  Induction cooktop in my rental property went out a month or so ago.  Still under warranty from replacing last year Roll Eyes .

Service technician claims that the cookware my tenants are using are the cause (but have lived there 2 1/2 years), even though they pass the magnet test as specified in the Use and Care Guide, in addition to their website.

Spend a week on the phone with them and they finally agree to repair under warranty.

Parts are on backorder with no ETA.  I called back last week and they said they would respond with an update via email in three days.  Email arrives and says that until 21 days have passed since order date, nothing further can be done  Shocked  Finally receive another email the other day that the part is still unavailable, so now they are going to replace the entire unit.  bang head bang head bang head

Best time to sell a boat is right now. I want to list it up.

But I had the frost damaged outdrive welded up, and now it's covered in green zinc primer. Looks horrible next to the silver metalflake engine.

Evening.  

Full Saturday being an adult.  And if I don't sleep again tonight, at least I'll toss around in fresh clean sheets, so there's that.



Patiently waiting for the CPA to finish my taxes (took him FOREVER last year - new to me, CPA).  Hoping for a little bit back.  And if that happens, I'm hoping a 2010 21' camper for sale locally will still be available so I can go look at it, overanalyze buying it then not buy it.   (I'd also like a new stove/oven and kitchen and bath vanities....)
