Lemon Laws all vary by state, but in most cases, it is an either/or, not necessarily both.
I believe you're right, but after the reasonable allowance for use...I lose. I'd really like someone to fix the make the beast with two backsing thing. |

Morning. Got home Friday night from Michigan after a few flight delays. My luggage showed up yesterday - among other logistical issues. PT and a bit of normal this week followed by 3 weeks of work travel. I'm not mentally or physically ready.  It's GOOD seeing that Ellen is home, Howie! Coffee, food and adulting things today. meh. |

Nate, I recommend fire as a solution.
Turns out that the car is past the basic warranty. No matter what, either a buy back, or insurance claim, I lose. I just need to find someone that can fix it. |
