If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

All is good here.  We have our health and happiness.

Glad to see all are doing well.

We lost old Doughnut to a stroke in November and added a new shelter mutt, Ginny, to the mix in January.  She appears to be a black mouth cut hound mix.  She’s a great guard dog and hates the vet.  She’s settling in well with Belle and they live to chase each other, play bitey-face and tug of war. 

Progress at the stadium is swift.  The structural steel is close to 80% complete with mostly work on the canopy and facade steel left.  I am leading a team of 5 other inspectors to complete all the welding and structural steel inspections.  What’s next when done here is still unknown.

I’ll try to be less of a stranger.

And here's my premature:   morning.



I was an obnoxious squeaky wheel for the past week-ish.  Payoff is Dr.'s office is sending a nurse to my house in the morning to bring a bone stimulator and teach me how to use it for a few months (taking off Monday for a few weeks and really really needed it before then).

Maybe there's hope for the clubfoot.
