evening

Fell down on slippery crosswalk this evening.  Ugh.  Right hip and right wrist aren't happy.  I did not, however, brake anything.  For this, I am happy.

Sore AF, but happy.

Ouch!  I'm suggesting 20 minute intervals as often as you can.  Feel better soon.

Did you get x-rays?  When I fell in Mexico, I walked on a broken foot for a couple of days before I realized just how bad it was.
