Airline said 12.5 hours. My wife swears we did it in 12. At one point, it felt like 11tyB.

Ok, I just wanted to use 11tyB... honestly it felt like 13 to me.

Plenty long enough.  Been decades since I arrived at LAX after a similarly long fight which mind-bendingly got me to LAX 2 hours before I left MEL

How's being back in the US feel?  You got that "foreigner everywhere" feeling going on yet?

Exactly that, yes. This place feels familiar, and foreign at the same time.  For us now, Portugal feels more like home.
