I am working today.  Friday, Sat, and today is the instructor training for the ER class.  People who teach Red Cross Cpro or teach health at the college level can take a 3 day class to learn how to teach our ER curriculum.  It is a 52 hour class and equal to most states First Responder course.

The current trainers have a combined age of 300 between 3 of them.  OK, not quite that bad!  The 2 main guys are stuck in 1975 and over the past 2 days have taught over a 12 things wrong.

My role is to observe.  I come home exhausted form observing and then finding polite ways to correct retired educators and men who have given over 60 years each to the red cross.

Today I may get to teach a section on testing skills to the objective.

Who's the kid, Tini?

You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Mornin' folks!  Hoping to get out and scrub my Pirelli Angels today.  I mounted both by hand rather than pay the shop.  It was a learning experience, and I had to get inventive to break the bead without a bead breaker bar ~
