the arm feels better until i bend it past 90°
i'm trying to keep it as straight as possible
it's definitely a pulled tricep, if i press on it, it hurts
and the other one is also sore, but not nearly as bad
i returned to the gym this week after 6 weeks off
and tried to pick up where i left off, duh

today i'm going to try to get all of the weekend's chores done
(which may be hard since i'm on strike)
tomorrow we're going to the litchfield road race
a friend of ours runs in it every year while we hang out on the green and drink
after that, we're going to their house for a bbq
