Got lost up the Sandia Crest Rd this afternoon....

I was looking for a tour guide to show me the Crest when I get there.  Guess I will be calling on the Mouse.

Must be a good night for Lamb!  (Unless you happen to be one....)

Grilled a boned and butterflied leg of lamb on the Big Green Egg tonight.

Pecan wood flavored the meat with a subtle smokiness.

Marinaded in balsamic and olive oil with rosemary, garlic, basil and thyme.

Awesome sear, cooked medium at the thickest point, medium well at the thinner points with grilled red potatoes and a tomato and cucumber salad.

Finished with rocky road ass cream, a glass of Highland Park and a nice cigar.

A good night!

Meh-not my type of place. Definitely pretty.

I have a list of decent cool shit I need to find. Do the kayaking-the local go karting is nice.

Don't drink here-the liquor is watered down and lame.
