Really didn't pay a lot of attention to them back in the day. A few girls I knew in high school drove them.

In concept, it was good, but was never impressed with GM's build quality during the '80's & early 90's.

Looks like for about the same money you can get an MR2, and be miles ahead.
iirc the transaxle bolt pattern for the 2.8 that came in them was the same as a small block so it was a direct bolt in, really tight though and you had to take easy on the launches or the tranny wouldn't last long.
Junkyard part interchangability is easier on the GM stuff but I do agree the MR2 is a far better built car. Hmmm, think a Lexus V8 can be made to fit in one?  cheeky

Off to price shop and buy my wife a new washer and dryer.

I think I am more excited about driving my neighbors F250 Diesel.

Good Evening.  Garlic salt & course ground pepper rub on a chuck eye (rib eye's cheaper cousin that's better IMO) on the grill w/ fresh green beans from the parent's garden.  Followed up with a nice glass of Port wine.   Vino!

yesterdays tally was wrong but we made like $525 over two days

more importantly we now have less stuff

One guy has a big farm and would carve off some I guess

the other guy has a huge (that's a relative term there) farm that's up for sherrifs sale in October. He ows $166k on it.

Well see. I'll find something somewhere sometime.
