stopped raining here days ago, the last two were perfect out.

Can't work all weekend as I need to do some running around today, always some other activity butting in.
Actually a good thing as if I were able to do a full days worth of work out there any of these days I've been doing this latest thing, my back would be ruined.

Not as far as I'd like but it is coming apart quite well.
The roof is basically stripped and about 40 block have been removed intact and able to be used again. I should actually be able to salvage just about all of them it looks like.

not really a big deal  

our html/web guru got fired today for calling the owner a "douche" right to his face
there was confrontation, HR & security escorted him out of the building, kicking and screaming

we've been working on a new consumer site together for 8 months
the launch is supposed to be in jan

he tried to get back on his computer after he was fired  
he was stopped by security.

he came to me earlier in the day and said he couldn't login to our server
which at the time i thought was odd...
come to find out, all of our server passwords were changed prior to him being fired

not a good day... i liked the kid, but honestly you can't call the guy who signs your checks a douche in front of the entire dept and still have a job

I will be, the current roof is just about flat. The replacement will be pitched to meet that original sections roof most of the way up if not actually to the peak.

You could always sister in the new rafters at the existing tails and carry them out to the wall.
